With little use since purchased new in August 2020, this fabulous one owner 6 berth caravan from Swift is in excellent condition. This has been pitched on a seasonal site since purchase and beyond that has never been towed. Last serviced in March 2023 with a clean bill of health this caravan is a special edition from Spinneys Caravans and has additional features over and above the standard quattro DB including, uprated furnishings with double length curtains, solar panel, Alko ATC, second TV point to rear bedroom area and a demisting vanity mirror to the washroom.
Spacious and comfortable, the caravan offers 6 berths, with a fixed double bunk to the rear, central dinette that converts to a good sized double bed with privacy curtain fitted and up front the large lounge area that doubles up to povide two small single beds or a king size double.
The lounge is a lovely place to relax with large sofas to both sides and a central chest of drawers unit with pull out occassional table. An additional table stored in one of the two large wardobes converts the area to a further dining/entertaining space. Overhead lockers and space under the sofas provide plenty of storage. The large windows and skylight allow natural light to flood in to create a bright and welcoming area. Windows fitted with blinds and flyscreens as well as curtains. A TV point and USB sockets are conveniently fitted to the rear of the central drawer unit.
The kitchen has everything for the keenest of cooks to create anything from simple snacks to a full blown Sunday Roast. A 3 burner gas hob sits above the oven with separate grill and to the side is the sink with running hot and cold water. A built-in microwave oven is provided and under the counter there is a three way fridge with freezer box. A storage cupboard with built in cutlery draw compliments the overhead locker and shelf space, giving plenty of storage for food and provisions.
The washroom provides home from home comfort with flushing cassette toilet, vanity unit with sink, demisting mirror and a good sized separate shower. Two large wardrobes provide additional storage. The rear bedroom area with two single bunks and small seating area with table, complete the layout. Further storage space under the bottom bunk with internal and external access.
As well as the usual points for electric hook-up and water there is an external BBQ gas point for outside cooking and a 230V 3 pin socket to provide electricity to an awning if fitted . A front locker provides the location and space for two gas bottles (one provided) and storage of any additional accessories. Locker doors give access to the under sofa and rear bunk storage and to the rear there are the Thule fitting bars to add a bike carrier or storage box. The caravan is alarmed and fitted with the Swift tracker system. The wheels have the ALKO lock fitting points and the ALKO wheel locks pictured can be purchased separately if required. A 40L Aquaroll, Wastemaster, EHU cable and one gas bottle included as well as the caravan step making the caravan ready to use from purchase. Ready for the new owner to start making memories.
