We enter on the near side rear via a portable step immediately to the left is the bathroom which covers the rear of the caravan. It comprises:Thetford cassette style toilet with electric flush and a swivel head; full height hanging wardrobe with Aerial booster box and TV aerial; white built in sink with chrome mixer tap; separate shower cubicle with Perspex door to close; storage for table.
Moving forward is the kitchen situated on the offside which consists of: white bowl shaped sink with chrome mixer tap; extendable work surface leaf; full size oven & grill; 4 burner hob with one 240v hotplate for use on site.There is plenty of cupboard & drawer space above and below for all your holiday provisions and a Microwave oven again for use when plugged into the mains. The fridge & freezer is a large Dometic absorber unit which is fully automatic and can be powered by 240v,12v or gas. Opposite is a large dresser unit with plenty of storage again and a TV point for your evening entertainment.Moving forward is the large lounge area with two opposing sofas that could easily seat 6 around the table if entertaining on site. There is a central storage unit that makes into an occasional table for just two. At night the sofas can be used as single beds if required or the whole area makes up into a large double using a combination of the sofa cushions.
Heating & hot water are supplied by Alde Heating system.
