A centre cabinet with fold-out occasional table, a large stand-alone dining table that stores away in a dedicated locker when not in use. One of the lockers houses a JVC CD Tuner, there are plenty of 230v sockets plus aerial points to connect your TV.
Alde gas and electric radiator powered central heating and hot water heating, wood effect flooring and loose fit carpets, curtains, black out blinds and fly-screens throughout including to the main door. Fire Angel smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector fitted. An alarm system is fitted, Tracker by subscription, plus JVC CD Tuner with iPod and USB input.
Outside you have Power-Touch Motor Movers, a roof mounted TV aerial, Solar panel, underslung spare wheel, gas BBQ point, 230v external socket, Thetford locker, plus a gas locker with two included propane bottles.
