Sterling Eccles Topaz from the Swift Group, 2008, 2 berth caravan with large end washroom. One owner from new and it has good service history. Last serviced on 21st October 2021, all appliances tested and working, one reading of 25% around the front off-side window, which has been sealed by the engineer, plus a new hitch damper has been fitted. The caravan has been priced accordingly and priced to sell. A 2008 Topaz normally sells at £8000 plus.
Step inside and the end washroom is immediately on your right, with one of the largest walk-in shower cubicles in the industry, a vanity unit with washbasin and chrome mixer tap, mirror above and cupboard below. A Thetford cassette swivelling toilet with electric flush, storage cabinet above plus there's a very large wardrobe with drawers beneath.
The front lounge has two parallel sofas and a storage cabinet at the front with a fold-out occasional table and drawers. Large windows and a HEKI II sunroof flood the area with natural daylight and fresh air, upper aircraft style lockers and under-seat storage available. Pull out the slats and you can make up a large double bed in the evening, or you can use the two sofas as single beds.
The kitchen is well specified with a round stainless steel sink with chrome mixer tap, a dual fuel hob with 3 gas burners and an electric hotplate, gas grill and oven beneath, a Thetford 3-way powered fridge with freezer box, a built-in microwave oven, plus plenty of cabinets and cupboards to store-away your holiday provisions.
Opposite the kitchen area is a tall dresser style unit, with additional counter space, upper cabinets, 2 drawers and a lower cabinet, it also incorporates the Truma gas fire and a Blaupunkt CD Tuner with iPod and USB inputs to provide your musical entertainment.
Wood effect flooring with loose fit carpets, Truma gas and electric powered blown-air central heating and how water heating, black-out blinds and fly-screens throughout including to the main door. The carpet by the kitchen area does have a line mark on it where a hot oven tray fell onto it.
Outside you have Powrtouch Motor Movers, a roof mounted TV aerial, gas locker with two bottles included, Aquaroll and Wastemaster both in protective covers, two mains hook-up leads, a battery locker with a leisure battery and there is a 2nd 'spare' battery included, alloy wheels with good 2018 tyres and an underslung spare wheel, AL-KO wheel lock and hitch lock, KOJACK jacking system, plus it has an AL-KO stabiliser hitch for safer towing.
A full Isabella awning and a separate porch awning is included, crockery and utensils also included. This caravan is fully kitted out and ready to go touring for the new owner.
