At the front the main seating area comprises of storage lockers above and under as well as the end table with 2 drawers and a storage cupboard, the table top extends to provide added work space. In one of the over head lockers there is a JVC Radio CD player. The seats convert into a good size double bed.
To the centre of the caravan is a display unit with shelves, storage locker above and a drawer as well as cupboard below with work space great for storing you TV. To the other side is the Kitchenette.
The kitchenette comprises of a Thetford Oven with Separate grill, 3 ring burner hob and one electric hot plate, Thetford Fridge with Freezer Box, Microwave, Handwash basin with original drainer and chopping board, storage cupboards above and below. As well as a worktop extender.
By the door is a vanity mirror with a shelf ideal for those last checks as you leave your caravan for the day.
At the very rear is the washroom which comprises of a toilet, separate enclosed shower with folding door, vanity wash / hand basin which has a mirror with light and storage under. Wardrobe with hanging rail, shelving and the TV aerial. There is a storage cupboard next to the shower which houses the dining table.

There is some delamination to the stickers at the front of the caravan and around the skylight (please ask for pictures) This, in no way, affects the integrity of the Caravan.
Habitation Check carried out in January 22 found a small area of damp below the kitchen sink 24% and below the bathroom sink 20%. The engineer advised the owners to monitor the areas. I have inspected the areas and can see no sign of damp in either place (10th May 22) but please feel free to bring your damp meter to check yourself.
