The two side sofas can be used as two single beds (5'x2'4") or pulled out to create a large double bed (6'8"x5'). Well equipped kitchen with duel fuel hob comprising 3 gas burners and 1 electric hot plate, oven and separate grill, microwave oven, large 3 way 140L fridge/freezer and sink and drainer with mixer tap. A 2-way Omnivent roof mounted fan helps deal with cooking odours. The rear bedroom space features the transverse island bed (6'2"x4'5") with large storage area under. Privacy screen separates the bedroom from the main habitation area. Two hanging wardrobes and drawer storage with corner vanity. The end washroom has home from home comforts with flushing cassette toilet, sink with mixer tap, storage and vanity mirror and a separate shower cubicle. An outside BBQ point and 230v electric socket alongside the usual access points to electric hook up, water and gas.
