Motorhome Depot Shrewsbury and Mid-Wales are delighted to offer this luxury twin axle caravan for sale. At launch this was the most luxurious touring caravan range in the UK and is evident today in the quality of materials and finish. This is a lovely 4 berth caravan offering a spacious front lounge area, mid kitchen, two rear fixed single beds and a luxury end bathroom with separate shower and large double hanging wardrobe.
Fitted throughout with blinds and flyscreens on each window and a flyscreen for the door the caravan is light and airy yet retains a cosy feel with the warm colour scheme and comfortable furnishings. Hot water and heating is provided through the 24hr programmable Alde central heating system and the caravan has a 40l on board water tank. Security is provided with a factory fitted alarm and tracker system. The caravan has 2 sets of keys and is supplied with 2x gas bottles, EHU cable and diamond wheel locks.
The spacious and comfortable front lounge provides a dining area and converts to a large double bed (2.14 x 1.44m) or a further 2 singles (1.81 x 0.7m) to compliment the fixed single beds to the rear and comfortable sleeping accommodation for a family of four. Plenty of space in fact for four adults. A radio is provided in one of the overhead lockers which run around the lounge area giving lots of storage options. There is a TV point by the door and additional sockets to the front of the caravan provide plenty of connection for electrical appliances and devices.
Moving into the central Kitchen area you will find it is fitted with a full oven and grill with dual fuel hob (3x gas and 1x electric hotplate), microwave oven and large fridge freezer. Plenty of storage is provided with overhead cupboards, drawers and a pull out pantry rack. There is an additional work surface with a slide out prep area too. A Heki vent providing ventilation whilst cooking.
At the rear there are two full length single beds with memory foam mattresses that measure a phenomenal 1.97 x 0.7m. Storage provided above with overhead lockers. A pull out reversible TV is fitted in its own dedicated shelf and allows TV viewing from the rear beds or can be flipped to face into the kitchen and lounge area. A solid privacy door takes you through into the large washroom and shower. Large enough to provide room for dressing and features a capacious double hanging wardrobe area. A toilet, sink and vanity mirror alongside further storage for all your personal care and cleaning products sit opposite the large single shower cubicle.
Externally the caravan has water and gas points including a hot and cold shower point, ideal for rinsing down after a trip to the beach or for those with dogs it makes for a great dog shower! Access to storage with the offside locker providing space for outside chairs and table and other items you may not need to store internally.
