- A great opportunity to own a sought after Buccaneer Clipper caravan with fixed single beds, first registered in 2011 and has been on a fixed pitch so not travelled far. No children or pets & non-smokers.
- A Full Habitation & Chassis Service was carried out in May 2023, no damp found and everything working as it should be. The NCC/AWS certification will come with the caravan.
- Enter the caravan and the front lounge and dining area is to your left, which easily converts into a large double bed. There’s a folding dining table that stores away, large windows, remote controlled opening electric sunroof, upper aircraft style storage lockers, under-sofa storage, plus a Pioneer CD Tuner.
- The kitchen is well specified, a brown steel sink with draining board, chrome mixer tap & glass lid. The cooker has 3 gas burners, gas grill & oven beneath, full sized Thetford 3-way powered fridge with freezer above, microwave oven, cabinets & cupboards to store-away your holiday provisions.
- The main feature is the rear bedroom with twin fixed single beds that both raise on spring struts to reveal storage areas, which can also be accessed by external locker doors. There is a HEKI sunroof, upper aircraft style lockers, TV point, windows on both sides plus a sliding privacy screen.

- ALDE wet central heating to radiators & hot water that work on gas & electric. Brand new carpet fitted, black-out blinds & fly-screens throughout including the main door. A brand new water-pump, new Smoke alarm & CO2 alarm fitted.
