The layout includes a fixed island bed in the rear bedroom with central washroom that makes a convenient ensuite or family bathroom. An L-shaped lounge creates a spacious and airy feel that maximises the 8' width and converts quickly to a comfortable dining area and at night a good sized double bed for the 3rd and 4th berths.
Externally, there is the expected gas locker and storage and a 230v Electric hook-up point. There are two water points for internal and external water supply with a 40L freshwater tank on board. In addition there is connection for satellite TV hook-up, 230v 3 pin socket, Gas BBQ point and a cold water shower to rinse off walking boots, bikes or even the dog!
The private washroom provides a flushing cassette toilet with SOG system, sink with vanity mirror and storage and a separate shower cubicle. Full kitchen facilites with a 3 burner gas hob and electric hot plate, separate oven and grill, microwave, sink with mixer tap and large 155L 3-way fridge freezer. Plenty of storage in the overhead lockers and cupboards and drawers. Heating and hot water provided by the duel fuel Alde 3020 system with underfloor heating and programmable control panel.
