Bailey Unicorn Seville, 2011 model, 2 berth and in very good condition. First registered on 21st July 2011, it has full service history and was fully serviced and checked on 28th October 2019, everything working as it should. Step inside and the sought after large end washroom is on your right, possibly the best washroom ever designed in the industry, a large separate shower cubicle with folding perspex doors, a large designer washbasin with chrome mixer tap, mirror above and cupboard below, a laundry sack in a dedicated box, a Thetford cassette swivelling toilet with electric flush plus two wardrobes, one large and one small with hanging rails and storage drawers.
The kitchen is well specified with a large stainless steel sink with chrome mixer tap, plastic chopping board and draining board, a lot of counter space, a cooker with four gas burners and a glass lid with a gas grill and oven beneath. A Dometic three-way powered fridge with freezer box, a Panasonic built-in microwave oven, good worktop space and plenty of cupboards and cabinets to store away your holiday provisions.
The front lounge has two parallel sofas that can be used as single beds or pull out the slats to make up a large double bed. A HEKI II sunroof providing plenty of natural daylight, plus there are aircraft style lockers and under-seat storage available. A centre cabinet with pull-out occasional table, plus a large stand-alone dining table that stores away in a dedicated locker when not in use. One of the lockers houses a CD Tuner, there are plenty of 230v sockets plus aerial points to connect your TV.
Alde gas and electric radiator central heating system and hot water heating, wood effect flooring and loose fit carpets, curtains, black out blinds and fly-screens throughout including to the main door. An alarm system is fitted, a Tracker is installed but subject to a subscription, plus a CD Tuner for your musical entertainment. The ALDE central heating fluid was completely replaced in October 2019.
Outside you have Motor Movers, a roof mounted TV aerial, gas BBQ point, 230v external socket, Thetford cassette locker, plus a gas locker with one included propane gas bottle. Two new tyres were fitted in 2018, it has motor movers and there's an under-slung spare wheel. An awning is also included.
AL-KO hitch lock and wheel lock included, these help reduce insurance premiums.
