- A great opportunity to own a sought after bailey Pegasus 524 caravan with a fixed French style bed, first registered in 10th September 2010 and built using the renowned Bailey Alu-Tech technology. A comprehensive file with all service receipts, handbooks and manuals is included. No children, no pets and non-smokers.
- A Full Habitation and Chassis Service was carried out in August 2019, no damp found and everything working as it should be. The caravan has only been used once since then due to the pandemic, everything has been tested and will be shown fully working on handover.
- Enter the caravan and the rare front u-shaped lounge is to your left, which easily converts into a large double bed in the evening, there is a large folding dining table that stores away in a dedicated locker when not in use.Large windows and a HEKI II sunroof flood the lounge with plenty of natural daylight and fresh air, upper aircraft style storage cabinets and under-sofa storage available, plus a CD Tuner for your musical entertainment.

- The main feature is the large rear bedroom, with a fixed French style bed that raises on gas struts to reveal a large storage area, which can also be accessed via an external locker door. There is a roof light, upper aircraft style lockers, a wardrobe with cupboard beneath, windows on both sides plus a sliding privacy screen. The built-in washbasin with mixer tap is located in front of the washroom door.
- The washroom has a good sized shower tray with a perspex shower door and a shower handset fitted to a rising rail, a Thetford cassette swivelling toilet with electric flush and opening rooflight.
- Wood effect flooring with loose fit carpets, Truma blown-air central heating and hot water boiler that work on both gas and electric, black-out blinds and fly-screens throughout including to the main door.
- Outside you have good tyres fitted in 2019 and used for one trip away, with alloy wheels, an underslung spare wheel, Motor Movers, TV aerial, HEKI 2 sunroof, AL-KO ATC stabiliser hitch for safer towing, front locker with 2 gas bottles, gas BBQ point, external 230v socket, levelling ramps, mains hook-up cable, water pump and hitch cover.
