Special edition Bailey Pheonix 640 badged as Pageant Savoy for United British Caravans with excellent specification and unique graphics. This is a lightweight fixed island bed 4 berth having a MTPLM of 1404KGs and overall length of 7.4 metres. Offering a modern feel and very well equipped, the Bailey has a great level of equipment including dual fuel heating and hot water, external mains and bbq points, 100w solar panel, alarm, radio, a fixed island bed at the rear and another double can be made from the forward dinette.
Essentially the layout comprises of a forward lounge with twin side benches with modern grey fabric and a centre front chest, midships kitchen and rear bedroom with en suite washroom including a separate shower cubicle. The rear washroom area can be completely screened off for privacy, with access from the front or rear bedroom areas. The rear bed has generous storage underneath, individual wardrobes either side and an extending base for easy access when not in use.
The kitchen features dual fuel hob, gas oven and grill, microwave, three way fridge with freezer box and worktop extension. To the front the dinette is light and airy thanks to the sweeping front sunroof window and large opening skylight. All windows have flyscreens and blinds and there is a entrance door flyscreen too.
Outside you will find the BBQ point and external 230v point in handy position towards the front on the awning side, adjacent to a useful external locker. Fitted with a Powrtouch motor mover and habitation battery, the Bailey has had two habitation checks on file.
